Registration
Pre-registration is required for all of the field trips, flyouts, workshops, mini-sessions and special event receptions. Register early to ensure your place. Some discounts are available for students and seniors. Participant registrations received by February 7, 2008, will enjoy a lower price. See the registration form below for more information. Free activities do not require registration. Registrations will be processed in the order in which they are received.
There are three ways to register for the fee-based events
On-line: The more immediate and preferred method is to register online using our festival website Online Registration System powered by Active.com. Using this method you may charge your fees to a credit card. You will receive an immediate e-mail confirmation that you have reserved your requested selections.
Here are some tips for using the on-line registration:
- Click on the Active.com registration link
- On Page One, select Option C - Guest Access
- On Page Two, select "click here for availability" under the statement in red to determine if slots remain for your selections. Then read and accept the waiver and indicate if your age is over 13.
- Continue to Page Three. Fill out the registration information, selecting at least one event to attend, and answer the demographic questions. All of the boxes marked with a red * require entry.
- Continue to Page Four to confirm your selections and payment information.
Active.com will immediately forward an e-mail confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation, check your spam filter. Contact the Festival Registrar with any questions about your registration.
By Mail: The second choice is to mail your registration form, available here in PDF format, and check to the Registrar address provided below. Please make your checks payable to the KBAS-Winter Wings Festival. You will be provided with a written confirmation after the registration is manually processed. Registrations must be postmarked by February 7, 2008 to qualify for early registration rates.
Walk-in: Come to the Festival registration table at the Oregon Institute of Technology (OIT) College Union during the following time frames, Friday February 15, 2-6 pm and Saturday, February 16, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. Expect limited availability of offerings.
Travel Klamath at 1-800-445-6728 or 541-882-1501 or www.travelklamath.com will provide potential visitors with information on the Klamath Basin and hotels.

When you arrive
Pick up registration packets from Friday, February 15, 2 - 6:00 pm and Saturday, February 16, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm at the OIT College Union. If you have registered and paid for the Friday flyout or the Friday Frostbite Flyout/Brunch, just meet at the pick-up point and stop by the registration desk later after it opens for normal hours.
