We invite you to be a part of the 2008 Winter Wings Festival that will be held February 15-17, 2008, in Klamath Falls, OR. The Festival is a celebration of the largest wintering population of bald eagles in the lower 48 states, other raptors and waterfowl. The Festival is a community-wide event that offers a variety of field trips, tours, workshops, and special events such as Taste of the Arts and Aerie Afternoon. This year Trish Nixon from the World Center for Birds of Prey in Boise, Idaho, will be our keynote speaker on Friday, February 15.

In addition to an exciting selection of workshops and field trips, there is also an emphasis on top quality commercial vendors and artists. See the entire Festival layout at www.winterwingsfest.org.

We are offering vendor/display space at Oregon Institute of Technology College Union. This is a wonderful opportunity to be part of something that is getting bigger and better each year. In a departure from previous years and to bring our festival in line with other birding festivals across the nation, we have changed the fee structure for vendors. Display space (no sales) is still free and is available on a first come-first serve basis in the College Union. Non-profit groups that are selling items will be charged $20 per table. Vendor sales space is $40 per table for downstairs at OIT. This year there will be no additional commission on gross sales. We are limiting the downstairs space at OIT to 45 vendors/displays on a first come-first serve basis.
